We Built TNT Growth to Fix What Was Broken

efore TNT Growth, I spent years inside high-growth companies like Salesforce, Gusto, and Zinnia Health. I managed hundreds of millions in ad spend, built teams, and sat in the rooms where the pressure to scale was real.
And in every one of those rooms, I kept running into the same problem: nothing talked to anything else. Tracking didn’t match the CRM. Ad platforms were taking credit for conversions that never happened. Creative teams built in one universe, media buyers optimized in another, and the people paying for all of it were spending more every quarter while understanding less about what was actually working.

It wasn’t a people problem.
The teams I worked with were smart as hell, and they were trying. The system was the problem, but the tools to fix it didn’t exist yet, so smart people kept hitting the same ceiling.
That’s what stuck with me. Marketing, at its core, is just finding the bottleneck and fixing it before your competitor does. But you can’t fix what you can’t see, and you can’t see anything when your data, your platforms, and your teams are all optimizing for different goals.
o I started TNT Growth to build the thing I always wished I had: one system, one set of numbers everyone trusts. Strategy, creative, media, and analytics under the same roof, looking at the same dashboard, working toward the same outcome: profit.
That’s the part most agencies miss. When every channel is graded on its own little KPI, you end up with wasted spend, conflicting reports, and obvious wins that nobody catches because they fall in the gap between two teams.
Today we manage over $200M in ad spend and have driven more than $750M in revenue for our clients. The team is global. The clients are bigger.
But what we’re actually doing hasn’t changed since day one: make marketing that makes sense, and make it make money.
