efore I started TNT Growth, I spent years inside high-growth companies like Salesforce, Gusto, and Zinnia Health.
I managed hundreds of millions in ad spend, led teams, and sat inside rooms where the pressure to scale was real. And everywhere I looked, I kept seeing the same issue:
